Job Descriptions

• Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of major construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture to achieve project goals.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, government entities, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all project activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and expenditures.
• Ensure financial objectives are met by analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.
• Provide comprehensive project reports and documentation to stakeholders.
• Regularly update on project status, milestones, and adjustments.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction or equivalent
• At least 3 – 4 years of relevant experience as a PROJECT DIRECTOR in the civil constructions industries
• Proven leadership and management skills in directing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• MUST be able to start work immediately or within short notice
