Job Scope

1) Attend site meeting

2) Prepare documents (RA, SWP, MOS, Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings,Lifting Plan, etc.)

3) Take site measurements.

4) Work out materials required.

5) Check material cost.

6) Order material & arrange for delivery.

7) Site coordination & arrangement.

8) Identify and quote for work variations.

9) Workforce arrangement.

10) Progress record.

11) Submit progress claim.

12) Follow up for progress claim for payment response.
