Project Engineer

Job Responsibility

• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of the project
• able to raise technical issues and coordinate site activities with sub-contractors
• familiar with civil engineering drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies between drawings in relation to site conditions during the project execution
• Carry out in-progress inspection and joint inspection and to ensure that the works were executed to contract drawings and requirements
• carry out duties in accordance with workplace safety programs, procedures, and policies

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Civil Engineering Discipline.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the construction industry
• Minimum 2 years in road construction
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and good team player
• Demonstrates a sense of initiative
