Job Description

• Project management services to all construction, renovation, A&A, infrastructure improvement and upgrading related works campus-wide to represent the interest of client.
• Oversee a Project Coordinator and a Draftsman to ensure all projects are executed smoothly from pre-construction stage, design stage, construction stage till post-construction stage.
• Conduct preliminary site feasibility studies and recommend feasible planning proposal for each project.
• To plan and develop a systematic means of communications amongst parties engaged by Client to ensure every information is received and acted upon at the appropriate time.
• To monitor actions taken by parties engaged by Client including its progress status to ensure each planned milestone target is met.
• To propose, identify and evaluate cost-benefit effects arising from the actions of parties engaged by Client.
• To identify the bottle-necks of various activities or possible delays. Recommend ways and means to resolve them.
• Provide cash-flow projection and evaluate contractor's monthly progressive payment claim.
• Chair every progress meeting with users, contractors, consultants, vendors and act as the recording sectary (in the absence of the Project Coordinator) of each progress. 10. To circulate Minutes to all parties and monitor each actionable item is acted on time.
• Ensure timely submission of all variation orders, its valuation and final account closure.
• Conduct monthly Building inspection.

Requirements

• Minimum3 years of relevant experienced in project management
• Bachelor degree in Building and Architecture, Engineering,
• Diploma in Civil/Mech/Electrical Engg
