Job Summary

Manage project planning, site supervision, technical documentation, and financial controls to ensure successful delivery of civil engineering and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, timelines, and resource plans to ensure timely project delivery
• Oversee daily site operations by coordinating with subcontractors and monitoring work progress for compliance with drawings and specifications
• Process Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals to provide technical support and maintain accurate site documentation and as-built drawings
• Assist in managing progress claims, change orders, and procurement tracking to support financial control and project administration
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate smooth project execution
• Apply problem-solving skills to address site challenges and ensure adherence to project requirements
• Organize project documentation and coordinate team activities to maintain operational efficiency
• Lead site teams to achieve project milestones and maintain quality standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project software
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
