Job Description & Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Manage few teams of supervisor and coordinators for daily work activities.

· Liaise with Client, Internal staff and Sub-con on daily activities.

· Manage work progress of the work activities.

· Preparation of monthly laterals logging update and claims documents to QS for submission to client.

· Report and discuss to Project Manager on site issue and propose suggestion to mitigate and improvement if any.

· Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub- contractors, vendors, etc. on site to ensure project requirements are met

· Able to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, design, etc.

· Coordinate the safety management system on site

· Supervise project deliverables regarding site co-ordination

· Follow up and reporting on the project progress

· All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager

· preferably with class 3 driving license

· Willing to work at Tuas, 6 days work

REQUIREMENTS :

· Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering.

· Preferably trained in Mechanical Engineering.

· At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Multi-tasking team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
