Position: Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities.
* Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the schedule.
* Prepare method statements, work procedures, and material submissions.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
* Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and records.
* Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site.
* Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.
* Ensure all works comply with workplace safety and environmental regulations.
* Monitor subcontractor performance and work quality.
* Assist in project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
* Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
* Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements
* Knowledge of Singapore construction practices, BCA and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations is an advantage.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (knowledge of BIM is an advantage).
