Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Ø  Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposal, costing and plans coordinate with management for project execution.

Ø  Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.

Ø  Cooperate and communicate effectively with project director& managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

Ø  Complete technical studies and prepare cost estimates.

Ø  Oversee installation of mechanical systems

Ø  Review M&E drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Ø  Prepare project schedules and work plans for M&E activities.

Ø  Supervise installation of M&E systems

Ø  Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and standards.

Ø  Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

Ø  Assist in cost estimation and budgeting for M&E works.

Ø  Monitor material usage and control project costs

Ø  Conduct site survey to verify site installations and as-built documents when necessary.

Ø  Support on company’s tendering activities actively to bring in new sales.

Ø  Ensure all works meet quality standards and project specifications.

Ø  Hands-on experience in process plant construction (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Pharmaceutical).

Ø  Implement QA/QC procedures for process plant construction.

Ø  Conduct inspections for:

·        Piping installation and welding

·        Equipment installation and alignment

Requirements:

Ø  Excellent knowledgeof design and visualization software such as AutoCAD.

Ø  Abilityto work with multiple discipline projects.

Ø  Developing specifications for the project's neededequipment.

Ø  Excellent interpersonal, written and oralcommunication skills.

Ø  Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating thenecessary corrective actions.

Ø  Minimum 3 years of relevant project experience inSingapore.

Ø  Familiar with project management and site coordination.

Ø  Experience in EPC(Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects preferred.

Ø  Wiling to work at site full time as when needed.

Ø  Wiling to relocate based on customer sites requirements.

Ø  Must be either Mechanical or Electrical background.
