PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Description:
a) Preparing, Scheduling, Coordinating and Monitoring of engineering projects such as piping, other M&E utilities.
b) Interacting daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and work-down/site inspection with them
c) Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
d) Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
e) Preparing and drafting (hand-sketch skills) of M&E Isometric Drawing and As-Built Drawing for projects, tender submission, etc.
f) Ensure designs/drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements and practices.
g) Ensure timely submission of claims & variations with proper documentation.
h) Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:
a) Possess Degree in Mechanical Engineering or minimum 2 years experience with Engineering in Diploma
b) Preferably with at least 2-year on site working experience in Construction(Engineering) for industry sector.
c) Strong knowledge in piping & mechanical services.
d) Proficient in MS Office applications and Microsoft Teams.
e) Proficient in English (Writing & Speaking) is a must.
f) Possess WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH ( BCSS)
g) Possess WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites (CSCPM)
h) Working hours per typical construction industry with 5½ days work.
