PROJECT ENGINEER

Jobs Responsibilities as the positions below:

·      Assist in project planning ,scheduling, and coordination

·      Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams

·      Prepare and maintain project documents and reports

·      Track project progress and update schedules

·      Coordinate material orders and deliveries

·      Support submission of permits (BCA/HDB)

·      Attend site meetings and follow up on action items

·      Ensure smooth communication between all parties

·      Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD/Civil 3Dor equivalent)

·      Interpret design briefs ,sketches, and mark-ups to produce precise drafting outputs

·      Develop site plans, grading plans, drainage systems, and infrastructure layouts

·      Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and coordination

·      Revise drawings based on feedback and project changes in a timely manner

·      Maintain drawing standards ,file organization, and version control

·      Support documentation for approvals, submissions, and construction phases
