Project Engineer (Airport / A&A / Civil Works)

Reputable construction firm involved in projects within Singapore’s airport environment. They are currently seeking a Project Engineer with relevant airport and/or A&A works experience to support ongoing and upcoming projects in live operational settings.

• Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of airport-related projects, including civil, building, and A&A works.

• Coordinate site activities with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities such as CAG / CAAS.

• Manage site execution, ensuring works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

• Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, shop drawings, and work schedules.

• Ensure strict compliance with WSH regulations, airport safety requirements, and permit-to-work systems.

• Coordinate works in live operational environments, including phased construction and night works where required.

• Attend site meetings, inspections, and coordination meetings.

• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety, and assist in resolving site and technical issues.

• Maintain proper documentation, progress reporting, and support project handover.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.

• Experience in Singapore airport projects (e.g. Changi Airport), covering civil works, building works, and/or A&A works.

• Familiar with airport operational constraints, safety protocols, and access control requirements.
