Project Engineer (Interior Fit-Out)

Company Profile:

Julian Grey’s client is an established company in the commercial renovation, interior fit-out, and building works industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Director in planning, monitoring and executing assigned projects to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare project progress updates, reports, schedules and manpower or equipment planning requirements.
• Coordinate site activities with supervisors, subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, documentation and site progress, and highlight issues that may affect cost, quality or timeline.
• Support the review of project scope, specifications, drawings and tender documents.
• Ensure site works comply with quality, safety, regulatory and project specifications.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Able to read drawings and tender documents, with working knowledge of AutoCAD or relevant design/software tools.
