Job Summary

Lead and manage Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects focused on Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute M&E projects with a focus on ACMV systems from initiation through completion to meet project goals.
• Achieve project objectives by managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and interpret project specifications, technical drawings, and engineering submissions to guide project activities.
• Manage procurement schedules to secure timely delivery of materials and equipment essential for project progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and enforce compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, variation orders, and testing and commissioning records.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, building codes, and workplace safety and health regulations to maintain project integrity and safety.

Required competencies and certifications

• ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry, preferably in M&E and ACMV systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and local regulatory requirements.
• Excellent project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project tasks effectively.
