Project Executive
Brilliant Professionals Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects within the built environment sector. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, consultants, contractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, while also providing administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in the planning, coordination and administration of projects.
Monitor project schedules and follow up on outstanding actions, submissions and deliverables.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities and other stakeholders on project-related matters.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, progress reports and project correspondence.
Maintain project records, registers, drawings and documentation.
Track project progress and assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
Assist in contract administration, procurement and tender-related activities.
Support site inspections, project meetings and stakeholder engagement activities where required.
Assist in monitoring project risks, issues and follow-up actions.
Provide administrative support for the daily operations of the office.
Manage correspondence, filing systems and document control.
Assist in the preparation of invoices, claims, purchase orders and administrative records.
Coordinate meetings, training sessions, company events and office logistics.
Support management in general administrative and operational matters.
Undertake other project-related and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in a Built Environment discipline.
Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in the built environment industry.
Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, as the role requires regular communication and coordination with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Familiarity with project management, contract administration or consultancy practices will be an advantage.
