Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage project schedule • Attend site meetings and inspections • Supervise projects closely • Updating and report on project progress • Work closely with team, clients, and contractors • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Experience in project management, coordination, budget control, and submissions • Understanding of auto cad and layout plans • Knowledge in carpentry and construction details • Self-motivated and hardworking • Resourceful and able to work independently • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Organized with effective time management skills • Interior design background and keen eye on design/construction details is a plus • Must be able to do shift work, off days can be any day of the week (not necessarily on a weekend)
