Project Lead / Manager (M&E / A&A)

About the Role:

As a CBRE Project Lead, you be responsible for leading the project management team. This includes but not limited to project execution, managing vendors, preparing project schedules/timelines and budgeting.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Oversee day to day project operations, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Oversee planning and execution of facility improvement and minor works projects
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects align with client’s standards and timelines
• Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with safety and safeguarding protocols
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports for leadership review
• Monitor quality of work, resolve issues promptly, and ensure minimal disruption to school operations
• Support sustainability objectives by integrating eco-friendly practices into project delivery.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• PMP accreditations will have an added advantage.
• Registered member with the Society of Project Managers Singapore; Institution of Engineers Singapore; or other equivalent qualifications.
• Familiar with submission process of building plans for the relevant Authorities’ approval.
