Project Liaison /Coordinator (Construction)

Client Communication Serve as the main contact point between hotel operators/owners and the construction team, ensuring client requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

Coordination Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government authorities to keep all parties aligned on project goals, schedules, and compliance.

Project Monitoring Track progress against master schedules, identify delays, and resolve site obstructions to keep the project on time.

Quality Assurance Ensure construction work meets hospitality standards, safety regulations, and contractual specifications.

Documentation Prepare reports, maintain records of testing and inspections, and manage correspondence with consultants and subcontractors.

Problem Resolution Address discrepancies, site issues, or conflicts quickly to avoid delays and maintain client satisfaction.
