Project Manager (10yrs exp/Civil Construction/Immediate/Short Notice)

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate comprehensive project life cycles forlarge-scale marine and civil developments, strictly managing master schedules,financial cost controls, and overarching execution progress.
• Serve as the primary liaison during contract evaluationsand tender clarifications, effectively negotiating terms with stakeholders,consultants, and prospective clients to secure aligned project delivery.
• Direct and mentor multidisciplinary teams, including siteengineers and construction managers, while seamlessly collaborating withinternal departments to align cross-functional workflows.
• Spearhead all regulatory compliance initiatives,systematically securing critical operational permits and clearances fromgoverning bodies.
• Implement stringent quality assurance protocols acrosssite activities, swiftly identifying structural or operational discrepanciesand deploying corrective interventions to minimize material wastage.
• Conduct regular milestone reviews and generatecomprehensive progress reports for senior leadership to ensure absolutetransparency and timely delivery across all phases of site deployment.

Requirements

• Minimum Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineeringor a related discipline, ideally from a university recognized by the Buildingand Construction Authority (BCA).
• At least 10 years of extensive hands-on experiencemanaging heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Mandatory proven track record executing specialized marineand civil operations, specifically encompassing dredging, revetment, and theconstruction of piers or wharves.
• Strong technical proficiency in utilizing advanced projectscheduling and drafting software, including MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder managementcapabilities, paired with highly developed analytical and problem-solvingskills to navigate complex site challenges independently.
• Capability to commence employment on an immediate basis orwithin a very short notice period to drive urgent project timelines.
