PROJECT MANAGER

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from planning to completion, working closely with clients, engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

·      Lead the Project and Maintenance Division in implementing business plans and achieving company objectives

·      Drive operational performance, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives

·      Manageand mentor managers, assistant managers, and departmental teams

·      Oversee project execution, maintenance operations, budgeting, and resource planning

·      Ensure projects are completed smoothly with high quality and EHS compliance

·      Liaise closely with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

·      Manage project resources including manpower, materials, logistics, tools, and equipment

·      Conduct operational, safety, and project review meetings

·      Support staff development, training, succession planning, and performance management

·      Review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and minimise costs

·      Acton behalf of the COO when required

What We’re Looking For

·      Degree or Diploma in Engineering

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering Maintenance Services and 5 years in a managerial role

·      Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills

·      Excellentwritten and verbal communication abilities

·      Strongdecision-making, planning, and problem-solving capabilities

·      Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively

·      Possess own transport
