PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion to achieve timely delivery within budget
• Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams to align project goals
• Define clear project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets to guide project execution
• Track project progress and prepare detailed status reports to inform client
• Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation plans to minimize impact
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements throughout project lifecycle
• Lead meetings, facilitate project discussions, and allocate resources efficiently
• Handle change requests promptly and resolve project issues to maintain project momentum
• Deliver projects that meet or exceed company and client expectations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Construction, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience (depending on seniority)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management tools, or related documents
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Client management skills
