Project Manager

1. Work with drafters on designing fire protection systems for Data Centres/commercial projects

2. Read up and understand code of practices for fire protection installation

3. Coordination of sub contractor’s site installation

4. Attend meetings with main contractors

5. Assist your Project Director in preparing variation claims

6. Assist your Project Director in the submission of method statements/project schedules

7. On site survey to provide a costing for customers

8. Quality checks and analysis. Specifically to check on the compliance of installations done by your sub-contractors.

Requirements:
1. Class 3 license preferrably
2. More than 2 years of relevant industry experience
3. Ability to oversee multiple projects
4. Diploma / Degree in M&E preferrably
