PROJECT MANAGER

1. Full-time construction site supervisor

2. Interpretation of architectural ,structural and M&E plans;

3. To plan, schedule and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines;

4. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors;

5. Direct and supervise subordinates

6. Develop and implement quality control programs

7. To prepare master programme for work schedule

8. To prepare progress report and daily updates to management on work progress

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree or Post-Graduate Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from recognised University or Institution.
2. Minimum 2 years of practical experience in execution of Specialist building works.
3. Track records to show previous projects that took charge.
4. Knowledge of relevant Statutory requirements and compliances.
5. Familiarity with rules ,regulations, best practices and performances standards of Singapore.
6. Good interpersonal skills to communicate with people of all levels.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project, Autocad, Sketchup.
