PROJECT MANAGER (LANDED & CONDOMINIUM PROJECTS)

Join a Growing Construction Team

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in managing landed residential, condominium, rebuilding, and A&A projects. The successful candidate will oversee project execution from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction projects including landed houses, condominiums, rebuilding, and A&A works.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise project activities to ensure timely completion.

• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower deployment, and procurement activities.

• Lead site teams and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections and project progress meetings.

• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.

• Manage variation orders, progress claims, subcontractor payments, and project documentation.

• Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, and Workplace Safety & Health regulations.

• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and clients.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Singapore's construction industry.

• Proven experience managing landed residential and condominium projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contracts, and site management.

• Familiar with BCA regulations, submission processes, and WSH requirements.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office applications.

• Rebuilding and A&A projects for landed properties.

• Design & Build projects.

• Luxury residential developments.

• Experience working with consultants, architects, and private homeowners.
