Project Manager

1. Have extensive experience in PSG projects involving high-rise buildings such as five-star hotels, residences and office buildings in Singapore.

2. Be responsible for the overall planning, progress and quality of the project, ensuring compliance with the requirements.

3. Be responsible for coordinating with the owner, consultants, main-contractors, and other subcontractors, as well as attending relevant technical meetings and coordination meetings.

4. Be familiar with the regulations and requirements of Singapore's PUB and CITY GAS.

5. Be familiar with the submission and inspection procedures of government authorities such as PUB and CITY GAS. If necessary, need to communicate and coordinate with the government authorities.

6. Be familiar with the project handover process. After the project is completed, be responsible for guiding the project handover.
