Job Description:

• Review sales handover budget to project departmentwith reference to standards in compliance with the company policies, statutoryrequirements and contract specifications.

• Ensure project life cycle operation within budgetand accordance to ISO set out.
• Monitor and guide engineer on project life cycleimplementation from time to time including:

i. Project schedule preparation and monitoring.

ii. Project submission (Documents & Drawing) progress

iii. Material procurement process

iv. Variation work quotation submission

v. System implementation design.

• Monitor site progress to ensure in line with projectschedule. Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive orremedial actions. Monitor compliance with Workplace Safety and Health(WSH) policies and practices.

• Conduct weekly project meetings with the project teamand submit MOM to the project director.

• Preparecost estimates and monitor progress claim, interim certificate and issuepayment response.

• Reviewsubmission of internal submission including Material requisition, Weekly laborreport, staff claims, forecast and etc.

• Attendingcommercial & technical meeting, Coordinate and work with stakeholders,external parties and customers.
• Coordinate with the engineering team todiscuss work procedures, scope, scheduling, work sequence. Ensure all the FAT,testing and commissioning, training, and handover projects on time.
• Provide guidance and training to theengineers and supervisors and ensure they follow company procedures, rules, andregulations to perform their duties.
• Monitor and control project activities toensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget. Identifypotential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions
• Ensure all the equipment procurement anddelivery to the site within the schedule
• Ensure all the Variation Orders andQuotations are submitted on time to obtain the approval for the assessment ofthe Variation Order and submit the claim accordingly.
• Submit the weekly progress report,quarterly forecast revenue, and half-yearly budget review
• Develop project schedules in compliancewith customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms totrack schedule progress in the field
• Manage project cash flow to ensurepositive cash flow and stock control.
• Prepare project revenue & cash flowforecast and ensure the work progress meet the submitted forecast.
• Ensure all the payment responses arereceived on time and no overdue payment from the main contractor/client.
• As and when to take on new assignments.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

• Experience in ELV/SEC (Card access/ CCTV/ AV system/ ISMS/ Structure cabling & Etc) 

• Min with 5 years’ experience.

• Familiar on Integration with third party, network configuration Experience in Cyber security documentation/ Implementation.
