PROJECT MANAGER

Overall job objectives

Responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of a project

Core responsibilities

· Plan and implement overall site organization & resources

· To set project’s target & in alignment to company’s objective or goals

· Plan and monitor preliminary cost budget to ensure project cost within approved budget

· To ensure the quality delivery of the project by meeting of client expectation and satisfying regulatory compliances

Job specifications

· Degree in Civil Engineering or related Engineering discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experiences is required

· A proactive and resourceful individual who possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Key deliverables

· Project Management from project Initiation until project closure
