Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
2. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
4. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
5. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
6. Prepare project reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
7. Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree/Master/Diploma/certificate in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MicrosoftOffice, and project management tools
6. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
