Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Ø  Responsible for coordinating internal resources and vendors for the smooth execution of the projects.

Ø  Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.

Ø  Cooperate and communicate effectively with project director& managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

Ø  Must prepare budget, plan for business & Execute projects in various field such as Mechanical, Process Automation &Electrical works.

Ø  Assist in tender preparation & budgeting.

Ø  Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirement and sequencing project elements

Ø  Responsible for managing the changes in project scope,schedule and cost.

Ø  Conduct training of own team internally.

Ø  Must run work independently & highly motivated,willing to work hard beyond working hours.

Ø  Must work 6 days a week. Must be willing to work extended hours when required to meet project deadlines and deliver assigned tasks.

Requirements:

Ø  Must possess excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Ø  Initiating sales,following up new business opportunities, setting up meetings and establishingthe specific needs of customers.

Ø  Identifying potential customers and serving them accordingly.

Ø  Preparing proposals,quotations and generating sales leads and reports.

Ø  Abilityto work with multiple discipline projects.

Ø  Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.

Ø  Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Ø  Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.

Ø  Must be either Mechanical or Electrical background

Ø  Project management and supervision skills.

Ø  Quick learner with positive attitude.

Ø  Wiling to work at site full time as when needed.

Ø  Wiling to relocate based on customer sites requirements.

Ø  Strong organizational,interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.

Ø  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ø  Minimum 3+ years of experience in related operations (Business Project Manager) and Project engineering and sales and business development.
