PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary

Lead the successful implementation and completion of construction projects by managing schedules, costs, quality, and stakeholder coordination while guiding a team to ensure operational excellence and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution to meet scheduled cost, time, and quality targets
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project completion
• Prepare, review, and submit detailed programmes, schedules, method statements, technical proposals, and risk assessment plans
• Conduct regular safety meetings with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain site safety standards
• Lead and support a team of professional and technical staff in planning and executing daily operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering; Singapore PE Board recognized degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing high-rise building projects and/or completing a full cycle HDB BTO or warehouse project
• Demonstrated dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach with a proven construction industry track record
• Strong technical competence and good interpersonal skills with a collaborative “can-do” attitude
