Project Manager

Job Description

• Manage projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower and resources
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with project requirements, quality standards and safety regulations
• Prepare project documentation, reports and attend project meetings.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Support business development activities, including project enquiries, quotations and tender submissions
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related disciplin
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Construction, Engineering, M&E, ELV, ICT Infrastructure or related industries
• Experience in Security Systems, Structured Cabling or Data Centre projects will be an added advantage.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiar with Singapore workplace safety requirements.
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence is an added advantage.
