Job Description

• Manage construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site operations.
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with quality requirements.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to the project team.
• Attend site meetings and prepare project progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• More than 20 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects and site operations.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Familiar with construction practices, safety requirements, and project coordination
