Job Description - PROJECT MANAGER

Planning and coordinating construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Managing budgets, resource allocation, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Overseeing subcontractors and site staff, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Communicating regularly with clients, architects, and engineers to provide progress updates and address project requirements.
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, building codes, and health and safety regulations.
