Responsibilities
• Manage scopes of ACMV/HVAC • Manage contract obligations related to company scope • Cost Management of project • Reporting and liaise with clients, stakeholders and workforce • Ensure compliance, good engineering practice with safety implementations in project management • Plan and implement schedules, procurement, cost management and contractual fulfilment • Manage team engineers and coordinators ensuring good communication and execution • Testing and Commissioning of necessary systems and structures • Implement and govern safety management system for site
Requirements
• Min. Bachelor/Degree in Mechanical, Building Services or relevant qualifications • At least 5 years experience, full staff benefits after probation • Good management, communication, presentation and reporting skills • Possess strong leadership, independence, commitment and able to resolve conflicts • Experience in BIM is preferred, however if willing to learn will be presented opportunities to attain skillset/qualifications
