Project Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead construction projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion, while ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects in Singapore, ensuring compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor project progress to achieve project objectives within established constraints.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues or conflicts.
• Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
• Implement effective risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to provide updates on project status, milestones, and any changes to scope, schedule, or budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and close-out meetings, to facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders, and ensure compliance with document control procedures.

Qualifications/Requriment:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector, with a proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's construction regulations, codes, and standards.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools, such as project management software, scheduling software, and building information modeling (BIM) software, is preferred.
• Relevant certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM), are a plus.
