Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Involve in project planning including project quality and implementation plans, establishing timelines and allocating resources.
• Develops project schedules inclusive coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that tasks are completed on time to meet project deadlines.
• Managing labor, equipment, and materials effectively to ensure efficient project execution.
• Identifying the potential risks to the project and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Creating and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project executed within budget constraints.
• Able to handle issues related to safety, environmental concerns, and local regulatory compliance.
• Ensuring that construction work meets quality standards and specifications outlined in the project plans and local regulatory requirements.
• Manage and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, technician and workers.
• Stay update with the latest trends, tools and methodologies in project management.

Qualification

• At least 5 years experiences in related role.
• Holds a degree or diploma in a Civil Construction or relevant to Project management
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft project
• Good technical knowledge regarding light weight structure, building envelopes and roofing.

Skills

• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Self-driven and effective time management.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
