Project Manager, ACMV

In this role, you will lead the full delivery of ACMV works and manage the complete project lifecycle, from budgeting and progress claims to on-site execution and testing. This position requires a strong subcontractor track record and extensive experience in both ACMV and BMS installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management, execution schedules, and directions for large-scale ACMV installations.
• Manage and mentor a complete team including engineers, site supervisors, WSH coordinators, and subcontractors.
• Control project budgets while handling monthly progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and EOT submissions.
• Liaise directly with main contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve site engineering clashes and issues.
• Oversee technical submissions including Method Statements (MOS), Risk Assessments (RA), shop drawings, and RFIs.
• Drive system handovers by leading testing, commissioning, OMM documentation, and the Defect Liability Period (DLP).

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related building services discipline.
• 10+ years of local design and installation experience in ACMV and BMS systems.
• Proven construction track record working with established mechanical subcontractors in Singapore.
• Deep technical proficiency in local codes, standards, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Results-oriented leader with strong commercial acumen for managing budget and subcontractor claims.
