Project Manager (AI Data Centre - Johor)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the delivery management of Southeast Asia AI Data centre project.
• Responsible for achieving the project quality, schedule, risks, safety, and other project goals.
• Responsible for maintaining relationships with contractors, partners, operators, customers, and other project stakeholders.
• Responsible for managing business requirements, coordinating internal and external resource allocation, and efficiently achieving project delivery goals.
• Responsible for establishing delivery management system processes, contractor or partner performance management, and equipment supply management.
• Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in a specific field of AIDC or IDC projects (electrical, HVAC, automation, etc.), with relevant professional knowledge, system identification, and analysis capabilities.
• Excellent execution ability, able to quickly identify and analyse high-risk issues, transform them into executable plans, and expedite problem resolution.
• Have extensive experience in collaboration with mainstream infrastructure service providers in delivery and operations, with a comprehensive understanding of the internal operations of Internet companies and infrastructure service providers.
• Have experience in AIDC or IDC project delivery, including power acquisition, land acquisition, government approval and acceptance work, with preference given to those with experience in delivering large-scale projects (single building with 1000+ racks).
• Bachelor's degree, possess relevant professional qualifications such as PMP, construction engineer certificates; 6-8 years of work experience, with at least 5 years of experience in AIDC or IDC projects.
