Project Manager (Air Conditioning and Ventilation)

📍 Work Location: Woodlands (10 mins walk from Admiralty MRT) | Islandwide project sites

🕘Work Hour: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm (5.5 days)

💰 Salary: Basic up to $ 8,000/month + AWS + VB + Transport Allowance

Job Description

• Lead and manage large-scale ACMV projects from start to completion
• Plan and coordinate daily site activities, schedules and resource allocation
• Manage project budgets, timelines and ensure quality delivery
• Supervise site engineers, project engineers and subcontractors
• Review ACMV design drawings and technical specifications
• Coordinate installation of chilled water systems, VRV/VRF, AHU and FCU
• Oversee testing and commissioning of ACMV systems
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements
• Prepare progress reports and updates for management

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years Singapore ACMV Project Manager experience
• Experience managing commercial ACMV projects worth SGD 10 million and above
• Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, VRV/VRF, AHU and FCU
• BCSS/WSHMCI certification required
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
