Assistant Manager – Project Management

Adecco is partnering with an esteemed public sector agency to hire an Assistant Manager to support project coordination, administration, and process improvement initiatives. Location: Central Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project coordination support.
• Track project progress and assist with reports, documentation, and record management.
• Ensure project documents are complete and filed in compliance.
• Support process improvement initiatives and administrative enhancements.
• Maintain project databases, document repositories, and reference templates.
• Organize project documents and drawings for reference and knowledge sharing.
• Assist with work planning, finance administration, reporting, meetings, and team events.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in project management/administrative support.
• Degree in Project Management/Construction/Development/Relevant Field.
• Experience in the construction industry or construction-related projects will be an added advantage.
