Project Manager (Condo)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects. This role is responsible for overseeing project schedules, site operations, cost control, quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

Work Location: Near Dover

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Monitoring: Prepare master construction programs, project schedules, and resource allocation plans (machinery, materials, manpower).
• Site Operation Management: Manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities, and resolve drawing discrepancies.
• Technical Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local regulations), quality control standards, and technical specifications.
• Cost and Contract Control: Monitor budget, control costs to ensure profitability, manage variation orders (VO), and prepare progress claims.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities for progress meetings and reports.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project engineers and staff, managing their performance. Together for Mental Wellbeing

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant engineering field
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in construction, commercial, or relevant industry
• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and quality management systems
