Project Manager (Construction)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned projects to ensure completion on schedule and within budget.

• Develop and monitor project schedules, including critical path planning.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical and site issues.

• Supervise construction works and ensure quality standards are met.

• Track project progress and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.

• Attend and present updates during project meetings.

• Organize and chair site coordination meetings with subcontractors, nominated subcontractors (NSCs), and suppliers.

• Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering.

• At least 6 years of experience in civil, structural, and architectural works.

• Experience managing landed house projects is preferred.

• Ability to provide a summary list of projects previously managed.

• Proficiency in:

  • Microsoft Excel

  • Microsoft Word

  • Microsoft PowerPoint

• Knowledge of: (Advantageous)

  • AutoCAD

  • Microsoft Project
