PROJECT MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)

Role and Responsibilities

• Ability to lead the Project Team to achieve excellence in the project.
• Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule
• Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Monitor project delivery quality to ensure they meet project requirements and regulations.
• Implement control measures for material/plant & equipment/utility usage.
• Supervise daily site activities.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering
• Require to obtain either Advance Certificate in Construction Productivity,Certified Construction in Productivity Professional or Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity （CCPP/SDCPCCPP/SDCP）
• Minimum 2 years and above of project management experience with any scale of construction project.
• Computer skills- Using Microsoft Projects, Excel, Word & PowerPoint, etc.
• Certify in (CSCPM) Construction Safety Course for Project Manager or Manage Workplace safety & health in construction site lvl 4
