Project Manager ( Construction / Good Pay Good Bonus

• Report to Directors.
• Ensure projects are work within timelines and budget.
• To review the equipments / materials requisitions.
• Manage correspondence & documentation with Clients,Consultants and contractors.
• Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labourforce and the all subcontractors work.
• With strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills to work with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationship and rapport with clients and suppliers.
• Conduct meetings with project team to identify issues encountered during construction period and ensure effective resolution.
• Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications.
• Resolving any technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.
• Participating and engaging in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management/Project Management, recognised by Board of Architects/Professional Engineering Board/BCA.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in BTO.
• Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project.
