Job Scope:

• Manage construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Oversee site progress, manpower deployment, project schedules, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones.

• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents while resolving project and site-related issues.

• Monitor project cost, variation works, procurement activities, and overall project performance.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.

• Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders.

• Lead and supervise project teams to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
  

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience managing building construction projects.

• Experience in landed residential, reconstruction, A&A, or private residential projects will be advantageous.

• Familiar with project planning, construction methodology, and site management.
