Project Manager (HDB)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage building construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective solutions to meet project milestones.

• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, contract specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards.

• Oversee the coordination of structural, architectural, and M&E works to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Manage project resources, procurement activities, shop drawing submissions, material approvals, and authority clearances.

• Review project performance, control project costs, and manage variations and changes where required.

• Provide regular progress updates and reports to management and key stakeholders.

• Support tender evaluations, technical reviews, and project planning activities when required.

• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or a related discipline recognized by BCA Singapore.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the building construction industry, preferably with HDB project experience.

• At least 5 years of project management experience in building construction projects.

• SCAL CPAS accreditation at Tier A or Tier A-Star.

• Strong technical knowledge in structural, architectural, and/or M&E works.

• Good organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines.
