Project Manager (Infrastructure Systems)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily project operations to ensure smooth and timely execution
• Plan and allocate manpower, monitor team performance, and optimise resource utilisation
• Supervise and guide Project Engineers and Technicians on execution, coordination, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities to meet project requirements and expectations
• Track project progress, schedules, testing, and documentation, ensuring timely submission and approvals
• Manage applications and liaise with agencies such as NETS, MHI, and LTA
• Ensure all inspections, testing processes, and certifications are completed on schedule
• Oversee equipment forecasting, site implementation, and testing for new projects
• Identify workplace hazards and implement safety improvements as the appointed safety lead
• Support team training and development to enhance competency and performance
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements
• Ensure certificates of substantial completion are obtained from relevant authorities on time

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, or engineering
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
• Familiarity with HDB procedures and agency applications (e.g. NETS, MHI, LTA) is an added advantage
