Project Manager (Landscape)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Landscape, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape construction or maintenance projects.
• Experience managing multiple landscape projects simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of Singapore landscape standards, site operations, and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
• Possess a Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred).
• Able to liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage landscape construction and maintenance projects from commencement to completion.
• Prepare project schedules, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
• Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Resolve site issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Monitor project costs and control expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, WSH, NParks, and other relevant statutory requirements.
• Supervise site supervisors and project teams to achieve project objectives.
