Project Manager (MCPP)

The Designer / Project Manager will oversee renovation and interior fit-out projects from concept development through completion. You will be responsible for, space planning, design development, project coordination, contractor management, on-site supervision to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop design concepts, space planning layouts, material selections, and client presentations.

·       Manage renovation and fit-out projects from concept to completion.

·       Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

·       Conduct site measurements, inspections, and progress assessments.

·       Ensure works are executed according to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.

·       Resolve site issues and coordinate rectification work where necessary.

Requirements:

·       Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.

·       Class 2/3 license required (vehicle will be provided)

·       Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or similar design software is a plus

·       Strong understanding of renovation processes, materials, and construction methodologies.

·       Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

·       Knowledge of workplace safety and construction regulations is advantageous.
