Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
Manage risks, issues, and change requests
Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
The PM for improvement works shall either be a registered member with the Society of Project Managers Singapore; Institution of Engineers Singapore; or
Other equivalent qualifications subject to the approval of the Superintending Officer or recommendation of Employer Representative.
Shall possess at least 5 years relevant working experience and must be familiar with submission process of building plans for the relevant Authorities’ approval.
