About Our Client

Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of retail fit-out and renovation projects, from tendering and design coordination through to execution and final handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within cost.
• Identify potential project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimise impact.
• Manage and coordinate internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure alignment on design intent, technical requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications are consistently met.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and prepare regular updates and reports for senior management.
• Optimise resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and subcontractors, to drive efficient project delivery.
• Review project outcomes and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices for future projects.

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma in Interior Design/ Construction Management
• A strong background in project management for fitting out projects
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
